When our buildings are open, we adhere to, and display signs indicating, the best current practices as regards Covid safety. During services, we:
- Ask you to write down your contact details as you enter
- Block off certain seating areas and physically reducing the available spaces in the chairs/pews
- Provide a touchless sanitizer and disposable face coverings available on entry, although please bring your own if you remember
- Accommodate people safely within the limits of the building and the current seating configurations with the ability to move to a prebooked system for more popular services, (retaining some seats retained for those who cannot access the internet)
- Use non-tactile greetings in the Peace
- Stand for communion
- Ensure the clergy use hand sanitizer before offering communion wafers and not offering wine
- Use a static box/plate for donations
