Good News !  Messy Church is now available Saturdays as well as Wednesdays!

Do you know the stories of Noah, of Jonah and the Whale, of the Feeding of the Five Thousand? If you’d like your children to learn these stories in a messy and wonderful way, and you enjoy crafts, songs and games, Messy Church is the place for you. We’d love to meet you and you can visit Messy Church in term-time at St Barnabas’ Church Hall:

  • Once a month on Saturdays 15.30 to 17.00, with a light tea provided 
  • Once a month on Wednesdays 15.00 to 16.30 with a light tea provided 

Our Autumn 2019 dates are:

  • Saturday 21 September, 15.30-17.00 – The Parable of the Sower
  • Wednesday 25 September, 15.00-16.30 – The Parable of the Sower
  • Saturday 19 October, 15.30-17.00 – Jesus heals the Blind Man
  • Wednesday 23 October, 15.00-16.30 – Jesus heals the Blind Man
  • Saturday 16 November, 15.30-17.00 – The Parable of the Mustard Seed
  • Wednesday 20 November, 15.00-16.30 – The Parable of the Mustard Seed
  • Saturday 7 December, 15.30-17.00 – A Gingerbread Nativity
  • Wednesday 11 December, 15.00-16.30 – A Gingerbread Nativity

  1. Hello. We have some egg boxes, empty toilet rolls, etc suitable for young children to “mess” with. Are you interested?
