Entwined in Harmony Festival Thanks

Entwined in Harmony was our recent festival celebrating 1,050 years of St Nicholas’ Church Worth where, for the whole weekend, the church was filled with the scent of flowers and the sound of sacred music that has echoed through the centuries.

Profits from attendee donations were shared between:

  • St Catherine’s Hospice
  • St Nicholas’ Organ Restoration Fund

This page thanks our generous sponsors, and gives you a flavour of the lovely floral arrangements that were displayed.

Mayo Wynne Baxter sponsored Compassion – the urns outside the West door. Visit their website here: www.mayowynnebaxter.co.uk. These arrangements were designed and made by Billie from www.intothewildernessfloristry.com.

Thanks to Horsham Eco Churches (horshamct.org.uk/eco-churches) who sponsored Renewal, the floral arrangement at the font:

Joy, situated at the South Porch, was arranged by a member of the Worth Abbey flower team and sponsored by Worth School, worthschool.org.uk, for which many thanks:

Comfort, seen here in the North Transept, was sponsored by Martin’s Funeral Directors, www.themartinsfuneraldirectors.co.uk:

The High Altar arrangement, Heaven on Earth, was generously sponsored by Storage Kings on Maidenbower Business Park, www.storageking.co.uk/stores/crawley. Thank you!  Pots and Pithoi potsandpithoi.com and Doves Barn www.dovesbarnnursery.co.uk provided the containers and living trees, and the flowers were arranged by Belinda Campopiano of Chez Fleur Cuckfield chezfleur.co.uk.

Carys from Zoe’s Florist, Three Bridges, www.zoesflorist.co.uk designed and donated the arrangement Love, at the Lectern – which was also supported by an anonymous donor:

Additional thanks to those who supported us by advertising in our programme:

  • Mansell Mctaggart https://www.mansellmctaggart.co.uk
  • Jordan and Sullivan https://www.jordanandsullivan.co.uk

And finally grateful thanks to the Mothers’ Union mothersunion.org and St Barnabas for Blessings, the arrangement at the Lychgate:
