Sunday School

Our Sunday School is held at St Barnabas’ on the 2nd and 3rd Sundays of the month in term-times for age 3 and up (because the other Sundays are informal family-friendly services anyway).  Sunday School starts at 10am when the church service begins and continues until the children go into church to join with the congregation for the Eucharist.

All the activities of Sunday School are undertaken within the strict Child Protection Policy laid down by the Diocese.  This ensures that all Sunday School Teachers are CRB-accredited, that all additional helpers are also checked and approved, and that there is an appropriate ratio of children to adults at all times.
